How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The role is responsible for the operational and tactical delivery of HR programmes, providing sound HR advice across the employee lifecycle, and ensuring consistent application of policies, whilst considering local legal and cultural requirements. The HRBP operates with increasing autonomy within established frameworks and escalates complex or high‑risk matters as appropriate.

Act as a partner to business leaders and managers, providing practical advice and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance, retention, and offboarding.

Partner with leaders to support their effectiveness, providing guidance on people leadership, performance management, and engagement topics.

Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent application of global HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, adapting for local compliance and cultural relevance.

Support organisational change activities, such as restructures and role changes, ensuring effective communication and employee impact management in partnership with senior HRBPs.

Promote a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance by supporting the delivery of relevant initiatives, training, and engagement programmes.

Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and issues; provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business managers.

Support leadership development and succession planning activities by coordinating processes, preparing data, and partnering with senior HRBPs and Talent Partners.

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, working closely with Employee Relations, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Support the implementation of global reward and recognition programmes, ensuring alignment with policy and local requirements.

Supports the effective management of site level industrial relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, and active involvement in collective agreements and wage negotiation processes with recognised trade unions.

Develops and maintains positive relationships with employees, management, and trade unions or representative councils

Identifies and devises dispute resolution strategies for the site/location, including providing support for managers in the prevention and resolution of industrial disputes and grievances

Act as a culture ambassador by modelling and promoting the organisation’s values and expected behaviours.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Industrial Relations or a related field (Master's degree or professional HR qualification such as SHRM or CIPD preferred).

Minimum 7 years’ prior relevant experience, including working within a global or matrixed organisation.

Experience providing HR advisory support across core HR disciplines, with working knowledge of employment law and HR practices.

Demonstrated experience supporting HR initiatives, delivery and execution of HR programmes plus organisational change, under the guidance of senior HR leaders.

Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong Collaboration and relationship building experience across HR and business groups.

Effective communication and influencing experience within a matrix environment.
