Position: KS1 Supply Teacher
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Full-time or part-time, temporary ongoing (flexible supply)
Pay: £130 - £190 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)
Start Date: ASAP or from a start date that suits you
About the Role
As a KS1 Supply Teacher in Doncaster, you will deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning to pupils in Year 1 and Year 2, supporting their early reading, writing, numeracy and social development. Roles available range from day-to-day cover to longer-term bookings for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to the KS1 curriculum
* Create a positive and structured classroom environment
* Adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs
* Assess progress and maintain learning standards
* Work collaboratively with support staff and teachers
* Follow safeguarding and behaviour policies consistentlyCandidate Requirements
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Previous KS1 teaching experience (Year 1 or Year 2)
✔ Strong classroom and behaviour management
✔ Flexible and professional approach
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
