We are recruiting for a confident on-site New Homes Sales Adviser to manage sales at an attractive boutique residential development in East Sussex, comprising 26 homes in total, with 17 available for private sale.
Working single-manned from the on-site sales suite, you will take ownership of the entire buyer journey — from first enquiry through to completion — delivering a professional and customer-focused sales experience.

The Role
As the New Homes Sales Adviser, you will be responsible for managing the on-site sales operation and converting enquiries into reservations.
You will act as the face of the development, delivering a high-quality buying experience and ensuring the development achieves its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the on-site sales suite and show homes, ensuring excellent presentation at all times
• Greeting and qualifying prospective purchasers visiting the development
• Conducting professional property viewings and site tours
• Managing enquiries from property portals, telephone and walk-in visitors
• Building relationships with buyers and guiding them through the new homes purchase journey
• Following up leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Recording activity and buyer details on the developer CRM system
• Progressing reservations through to exchange and legal completion
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and internal teams
• Monitoring plot availability, pricing and reservations
• Supporting local marketing initiatives and promotional activity
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the buying process
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will typically have:
• Experience working as a New Homes Sales Adviser or within property / estate agency sales (>6 months)
• The confidence and professionalism to run a site independently
• A proven ability to convert enquiries into sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• High levels of IT literacy and confidence using CRM systems
• A professional and personable approach with a passion for property
