Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Chef de Partie to support food preparation and service within a busy operational environment. This role is ideal for someone with food hygiene qualifications who is comfortable working independently at times while maintaining high standards of food safety and service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food in line with food hygiene and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment
Ensure all food handling complies with relevant food safety regulations
Support daily catering operations during weekend shifts
Manage duties independently when required, particularly when the kitchen operates separately from the wider team
Assist with stock handling and general kitchen upkeep
Support with prepare breakfast and lunch meals.
Operating a vending machine to refill itemsWorking Hours
Monday - Friday 30 hours per week.Additional hours may be available for holiday cover or business needs.
Pay & Benefits
£15 per hour (PAYE)Requirements
Valid Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification (essential)
Previous experience in a catering, kitchen, or food service role preferred
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
Reliable, punctual, and flexibleWorking Environment
While this is not strictly a lone-working role, there may be times when you are working independently in the kitchen while the warehouse remains operational.
