A friendly and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest is seeking a committed Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team on a permanent basis. Working alongside experienced teachers and practitioners, you'll help deliver engaging learning experiences, nurture children's development and create a positive, stimulating classroom environment where every child can flourish.
The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Support children's learning through engaging, play-based activities.
Help create a safe, welcoming and stimulating Early Years environment.
Work alongside teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Encourage children's social, emotional and academic development.
Observe, monitor and contribute to children's progress and wellbeing.
Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years, or a degree in Education or another child-related subject.
Has previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
Demonstrates a warm, patient and nurturing approach.
Communicates confidently with children, parents and colleagues.
Is organised, dependable and enjoys working as part of a team.
Has a genuine passion for supporting young children's development.What's on Offer
