About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Chef de Partie to run a kitchen section with confidence and consistency. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality dishes, supporting junior chefs and maintaining excellent standards throughout service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare, cook and present dishes to specification across your section.
Lead and support Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service.
Ensure food hygiene, allergen controls and safety standards are followed at all times.
Control waste, portioning and stock within your section.
Assist with menu preparation, daily mise en place and service delivery.
Who You Are:
Experienced in a professional kitchen environment.
Confident running a section and working in a fast‑paced service.
Strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach.
