The Building Surveyor's Role
As a Building Surveyor, you will manage a diverse client portfolio spanning education, retail, commercial, and office spaces for local authorities and offshore developers. You'll deliver a wide range of professional and project services, making use of your expertise to drive client success.

Handling a variety of professional and project services.
Collaborating closely with an experienced and approachable team.
Contributing to the development of the practice with opportunities to progress into leadership roles.
The Ideal Building Surveyor Will Have
RICS-accredited degree.
A background in consultancy or private practice.
Well-rounded experience across both professional and project-based instructions.
A proactive, ambitious attitude and the ability to thrive in a smaller team environment.
