We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Management Coordinator to join a successful and growing organisation based in Chesterfield to cover Maternity Leave on an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating processes, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from order placement through to successful completion.
The Role
As an Order Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from initial processing through to successful completion. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you will coordinate activities, maintain accurate records, monitor progress against deadlines, and ensure orders are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately within company systems.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is up to date.
Coordinate activities between customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Monitor order progress and proactively manage timelines.
Support purchasing, invoicing and related administrative processes.
Act as a key point of contact for customer and supplier enquiries.
Resolve issues and queries professionally.
Assist with reporting requirements and operational projects. About You:
Previous administration, coordination or customer service experience.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
