Administrator
Location: Newhaven, East Sussex
Salary: £28 - £30 annum, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to join a growing manufacturing business in Newhaven.

This is a varied administration role where you’ll support the team with customer orders, paperwork, scheduling and general office administration. Full training will be provided, so previous experience in logistics or manufacturing is helpful but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update customer orders accurately.
Prepare and process paperwork and shipping documents.
Liaise with couriers, suppliers and internal teams.
Maintain schedules and keep records up to date.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Help with day-to-day office and operational tasks. About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Organised and detail-focused.
Confident communicating with colleagues and customers.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic Office applications.
Reliable, proactive and keen to learn.
Previous administration, logistics or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their administration career within a busy and supportive business.
