The main focus of the role is to provide clear ownership and leadership of projects, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring that change is delivered in a structured, well-governed way that achieves measurable business benefits.
How you’ll do it
* Leading projects ensuring delivery, quality standards and alignment to organisational objectives.
* Establishing a clear governance structure for the project, reporting status and milestones.
* Leading end-to-end delivery of projects, preparing robust business cases, plans, and budgets.
* Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and governance reporting to ensure transparency and control.
* Ensuring new systems and processes meet business needs through effective requirements, testing, training, and implementation.
* Engaging with stakeholders to define scope, benefits, and return on investment, ensuring outcomes are realised.
* Matrix-managing project teams, including BAs and other resources, setting clear objectives and supporting their development.
* Managing procurement and supplier activity in partnership with the Procurement team, from evaluation to contract management.
* Supporting colleagues with advice, peer review, and guidance.
Hybrid working – at least 2 days a week in our main office.
Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm
Pay rate £71.43ph - £85.71ph Umbrella (day rate £500-£600) Umbrella
