The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Role
We are looking for an organised, motivated and experienced Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our domiciliary care service This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, supporting staff and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
The successful candidate will be supported to progress towards becoming the CQC Registered Manager for the service As the service continues to grow, you will develop the knowledge, experience and leadership skills required to take on the Registered Manager role, with ongoing support from Tezlom Healthcare throughout your journey
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
* Promote compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
* Work towards becoming the CQC Registered Manager, with support from Tezlom Healthcare, while helping to ensure the service continues to meet all regulatory requirements
* Lead, support and develop the care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care
* Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate, regularly reviewed and tailored to individual needs
* Recruit, supervise, mentor and support care staff
* Monitor service quality through audits, spot checks and client feedback
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals
* Support the growth of the service while maintaining high standards of care
* Participate in the on-call rota where required
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience as a Care Manager, Registered Care Manager, Deputy Care Manager, or in a similar leadership role within domiciliary care
* Good knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
* Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
* A genuine ambition and commitment to progress into the CQC Registered Manager role
