Where You Come In
We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Junior Recruitment Execuitve who is looking to take a step into a career in recruitment.
This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in supporting live vacancies, coordinating candidate activity and ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly.
You will work closely with experienced consultants and business support colleagues, gaining valuable experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.
Role Responsibilities
Supporting consultants with live vacancies across a range of roles
Creating and posting job adverts across job boards and internal systems
Formatting CVs and preparing candidate submissions
Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
Communicating with candidates to ensure they are fully informed throughout the process
Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system (Bullhorn)
Supporting the team with general recruitment administration
Ensuring a professional and positive experience for candidates
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure vacancies are delivered to a high standard

Previous recruitment experience is not required. This role may suit a graduate or someone with experience in customer service, administration, retail or hospitality.
