The Role

Establishing and communicating a clear vision and strategic direction for the school.

Ensuring high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and pupil welfare across the school.
Driving continuous school improvement, raising attainment and closing achievement gaps.
Managing the school's resources, staffing and budget effectively to support priorities.
Building strong relationships with parents, governors, the local community and external partners.
Creating a positive and inclusive school culture where pupils feel safe, valued and motivated to learn.
