Full-Time SEND Teacher - Resource Base & PPA Cover
Aspire People is seeking a full-time SEND Teacher for a primary school in B42. This role involves working in the school's resource base and providing general classroom cover and PPA support across the school. The Role:
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for SEND pupils in the resource base.
Provide PPA cover across different year groups as required.
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
Collaborate closely with staff, SENCO, and support teams.
Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching SEND pupils in primary settings.
Confident delivering lessons across multiple year groups.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passionate about inclusion and supporting pupils to reach their potential.
