The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing, retaining, and developing a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients across a broad range of sectors. Working with internal broking and support teams, you will deliver high-quality insurance and risk management solutions while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.
This role would suit a relationship-driven Account Executive who enjoys client interaction, business development, and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and developing an existing portfolio of commercial and corporate clients
* Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
* Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and grow client accounts
* Generating new business through networking, referrals, and market activity
* Working closely with Account Handlers and insurer partners to deliver tailored solutions
* Presenting renewal and risk management strategies to clients
* Negotiating competitive terms with insurers
* Maintaining high levels of client retention and service standards
* Ensuring FCA compliance and accurate record keeping
About You
* Previous experience as an Account Executive within commercial insurance
* Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate insurance products
* Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
* Experience handling larger or more complex commercial risks advantageous
* Driven, ambitious, and commercially minded
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to generate and convert new business opportunities
* Cert CII qualified or working towards qualifications preferred
