Your new role:
Customer and member support
Manage the shared support inbox(s) to ensure all queries are addressed with agreed SLA's and logged accurately.
Oversee member portal administration, handling user enquiries to guarantee smooth platform functionality and a positive user experience.
Deliver technical assistance to users by applying basic troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
CRM, website and digital systems
Maintaining and improving the accuracy of the CRM system by keeping customer records aligned with the company portal and website.
Providing website administrative support, including content changes, document uploads, and bookings management.
Ensuring website features are accurate, functional, and accessible to support business operations and the user experience.
Administration, reporting and compliance
Assisting with administration, reporting, and compliance admin for our other lines of business.
Performing general administration tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office and operational processes
Events and wider business support
Supporting the events team with general administration, including monitoring invitations and responses and assisting with Annual Conference logistics.
Recommending process enhancements or communication improvements where appropriate.
Contributing to the overall development of the company and associated companies.
