An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join Magnolia Park as we embark on a new chapter in our journey.
As part of our planned development, Magnolia Park is introducing nursing care services, creating a unique opportunity for nurses who want to be involved in building and developing a high-quality nursing service from the ground up.
What you'll bring
* Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN)
* Strong clinical skills and professional judgement
* A passion for delivering outstanding care for older people
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What you'll do
Deliver high-quality nursing care
Assess, plan and review residents' needs
Administer medication safely and effectively
Support and guide care colleagues
Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing
