We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading building services and facilities maintenance provider for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a large, newly redeveloped commercial site based in Battersea.

The Role
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building services systems within a large commercial environment.
You will ensure the smooth operation, safety, and compliance of all electrical systems across the facility while working as part of an established on-site team.
Key Responsibilities
* Working within a team of 5 engineers on site
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
* Reactive electrical maintenance and fault finding
* Electrical diagnostics and repairs
* Maintenance of building services systems
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards
* Supporting the day-to-day running of a large commercial site
Working Hours
* Monday–Friday
* Rotating shifts: 6:30am–3:30pm & 7:30am–4:30pm (weekly rotation)
Requirements
* Electrical qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
* Strong background in building services maintenance
* Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance
* Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
