· Has experience in recruitment & a flair for business development or comes from a B2B sales background and thrives in client-facing roles.
· Enjoy building relationships with clients and candidates.
· Ambitious and driven by money.
· Communicates well, works independently and brings positive energy to the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Building and nurturing your own client base through warm and cold outreach
· Running client meetings, uncovering hiring needs and delivering solutions
· Sourcing, screening and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
· Growing your personal brand in a way that works for you
