Are you an experienced Private Client Paralegal looking for a varied role where you can support across multiple matters and make a real impact within a well-respected firm?
We are working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a proactive and organised Paralegal to join their Private Client team in a centralised support capacity. The Role
You will work closely with Partners, Solicitors, and fellow Paralegals, providing centralised support across a range of private client matters. This is a dynamic position suited to someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing legal and administrative support across a range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Supporting fee earners with file management and progression of matters
* Drafting legal documents including Wills, correspondence, and applications
* Handling correspondence with clients, third parties, and external organisations in a professional manner
* Assisting with the preparation of probate applications and estate administration
* Managing and maintaining accurate client records and documentation
* Acting as a point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of client care
* Supporting multiple fee earners across the team as required
* Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
About You
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with a genuine interest in Private Client work.
You will have:
* Previous experience within Private Client (essential)
* A good understanding of Wills, Probate, and estate administration processes
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational ability with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* A flexible, proactive, and “can-do” attitude
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* A high level of attention to detail and sensitivity when dealing with clients
