* Taking full classroom responsibility within your year group

* Supporting pupils of all abilities to achieve their potential
* Working collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong experience teaching within UK primary schools
* Confident classroom practitioner
* Strong curriculum knowledge
* Excellent behaviour management skills
* Passionate about improving outcomes for pupils
