The Role
Successful candidates may be responsible for:
Delivering engaging and effective lessons
Maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour
Supporting student progress and achievement
Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies
Adapting quickly to different school environments
Completing lesson planning where required
Marking and assessment responsibilities on certain assignments
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - for teaching positions not needed for TA and cover supervision work
Recent UK Secondary Teaching experience
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
Open to working in different schools and trying new environments
Desirable
Access to a vehicle due to the variety of school locations across Coventry and Warwickshire
Experience teaching across multiple key stages
Availability for both short-term and long-term assignments
