Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant to provide efficient administrative support to its People Services team.
### Main responsibilities
You will:
Monitor recruitment mailboxes and respond to enquiries.
Process recruitment and onboarding documentation.
Monitor DBS enquiries and process DBS clearance emails.
Electronically file and index documents onto personnel records.
Download and distribute documents received through the E-Post system.
Act as a first point of contact for internal and external customers.
Support recruitment colleagues with administrative tasks.
Assist with projects and service improvements when required.
### About you
The successful candidate will have:
Previous recruitment and onboarding administration experience, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
Experience using an applicant tracking system.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisation and workload-prioritisation skills.
The ability to work accurately, use initiative and meet deadlines.
Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
An understanding of diversity and inclusion within recruitment.
This would suit an organised recruitment administrator, HR assistant or onboarding administrator who is confident managing sensitive information and providing a professional candidate experience
