Administrator

Are you an organised administrator with excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail? We're recruiting for a Clerical Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team within a well-established organisation operating in the property and financial services sector.

This is a varied role where you'll provide administrative support, assist clients with online enquiries, produce reports, maintain internal systems and play an important part in delivering a first-class customer experience.

Duties include:

Providing administrative support to the wider team.

Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email, resolving queries efficiently and professionally.

Assisting clients with online account support, including password resets and user account creation.

Setting up and maintaining cases on the internal case management system.

Producing accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Updating databases and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.

Managing incoming and outgoing post, scanning and general office administration.

Chasing outstanding payments and dealing with account-related enquiries.

Supporting customer onboarding, including welcome calls and online system demonstrations.

Assisting with business development campaigns through telephone and email contact with prospective clients.

Providing support with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required.

The right candidate will have/be:

Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

A proactive and positive approach to work.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Experience working within a professional services, legal, financial or property environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
