Your new companyI'm currently partnering with a fast-growing SME entertainment business recruiting a Finance Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Group Finance, working closely with the COO and taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the finance function. This role works alongside a junior team with direct management responsibilities. An excellent opportunity to step into a dynamic and forward-thinking creative environment.
Your new roleThis role is to take ownership of the running of the finance function, you will lead on the budgeting & forecasting cycle and develop analytical skills. You will have a controllership and business partnering hat on.

Financial reporting
FPA
Treasury and cashflow
Internal controls
Team management
System and process improvements
What you'll need to succeed

Sector experience in media is advantageous.
Interest in working in a fast-moving and busy sector
IFRS / UK GAAP
Able to work in an SME business and report to the founders
Team player
Confident communicator
