Project Manager

We're working with a long-established, financially secure main contractor that has been delivering high-quality commercial refurbishment and fit out projects for over 50 years. Known for its collaborative approach, technical expertise and exceptional client relationships, the business delivers complex CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B fit out projects, alongside structural alterations and refurbishment schemes, across London.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of CAT B fit out projects valued up to £20 million, leading teams from pre-construction through to successful handover. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Proven Project Manager with experience delivering CAT B commercial fit out projects.
Comfortable managing projects up to £20m.
A confident communicator who thrives in a client-facing environment.
Someone with the personality and presence to build long-term relationships.
Able to demonstrate repeat business with previous clients.
Well-known and well-respected within the London fit out market, with an established industry network.
