Description
Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including handling complex cases.
Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices.
Support managers by coaching them to handle employee relations issues effectively.
Manage conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with current developments in HR and employment law.
Work collaboratively with the wider Human Resources team to deliver solutions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case management activities.Profile
The successful Senior Employee Relations Adviser will have:
Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Current experience managing more complex employee relations cases within a corporate environment.
Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience in coaching and developing others in HR-related matters.
The ability to be in the City of London, at your own cost, on a minimum of 3 days per weekJob Offer

Basic salary c. £50,000 depending on skills / experience.
