Our education client is looking for an organised and proactive Assessment and Student Cases Assistant to support the administration of assessments and student casework. This role is vital to ensuring smooth assessment processes and supporting student progression.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in organising assessments, including preparing materials, booking venues, and coordinating communications
Manage submission and processing of student coursework
Distribute work for marking, record marks, and support assessment schedules
Liaise with external examiners and support Exam Boards (including preparation, minute-taking, and results processing)
Provide guidance to students and staff on student case progress
Support graduation processes and related communications
Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective student administration
Maintain accurate records and support student case managementAbout You

Administrative experience in an office environment
Strong IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Excellent organisation, accuracy, and communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload, solve problems, and work collaborativelyThis is a temporary position requiring an immediate start, running until 30 June, with a pay rate of £13.27 per hour. The role is full-time at 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and is based on-site at our client's offices in Cardiff (CF14).
