Retail National Account Manager - £50,000 plus bonus based in Hampton, Middlesex

A premium international consumer brand is seeking an experienced Retail National Account Manager to join its growing UK operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven account management professional with a background in retail, premium consumer products, or luxury brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key national retail accounts, developing long-term partnerships, and driving continued growth across the UK market.
Package

Salary £50,000 plus bonus

The Role

Manage and develop relationships with major national retail accounts
Deliver account growth through strategic planning and commercial activity
Build and implement joint business plans with retail partners
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product
Support product launches, promotions, and retail initiatives
Attend client meetings and regular account reviews
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience within a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager role
Background within retail, premium consumer goods, or luxury brands
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Experience managing large retail customers
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Well organised and proactive approach
Full UK driving licence preferred
