Summary
Our client is looking for a friendly, professional and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and callers, providing a welcoming and efficient reception service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills and takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.
Hours: Part-Time, Monday – Friday 10am-2pm (flexible)
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and emails
* Manage appointments, bookings and meeting room schedules
* Respond to general enquiries and provide accurate information
* Receive and distribute post and deliveries
* Maintain a tidy, welcoming and well-organised reception area
* Carry out general administrative and clerical duties
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
* Support colleagues with day-to-day office administration
Key attributes
* Friendly, approachable and professional
* Confident communicating with people face-to-face, by telephone and in writing
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual and able to manage competing priorities
* Comfortable using computers, email and Microsoft Office or similar systems
* Able to work independently while also being a supportive team member
