About the Role:
As the Temporary Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organisation attracts and retains top talent. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere and possesses a keen eye for talent.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. 🌐
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they align with the organisational culture and job requirements.
Provide guidance to managers on best practises in recruitment and selection processes.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and keep stakeholders informed of progress. 📊
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process. 🤝Ideal Candidate:
Must have high volume 360 recruitment experience, preferably within the retail or hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practises and current market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 🗣️
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
