On behalf of our client, a well-established organisation expanding its presence in Watford, Moon Moments is hiring outgoing, sociable individuals to join their brand and charity representation team as a Brand Ambassador. Full training is given, so this is an ideal first step for anyone wanting to break into a people-focused career.
What the Job Actually Involves
Out in Watford and the surrounding community, you'll be the face of the charities and brands you represent - striking up genuine conversations with the public, explaining what the cause stands for, and inviting people to get involved. It's less about a sales script and more about being personable, curious, and honest.
When someone's keen to sign up and support a cause, you'll walk them through the process so it's simple, clear, and a positive experience from start to finish.
Day to Day, You'll:
* Approach and chat with members of the public in a warm, natural way.
* Represent charity and brand partners, explaining their goals and current campaigns.
* Handle questions and objections calmly and honestly.
* Support new sign-ups through a smooth, accurate registration process.
* Take part in regular training to sharpen your communication and sales ability.
* Contribute to a lively, close-knit team hitting shared goals.

* Full training from day one, with hands-on coaching throughout.
* Total earnings ranging between £1,935 and £2000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
