Aztrum is excited to be partnering with a vibrant, design-focused architectural practice recognised for delivering innovative, high-quality projects across a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect looking to develop their career within a collaborative team environment, working on exciting projects including Government-funded schemes.
The role of an Architect:
Support the delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages, from concept design through to completion.
Work closely with senior architects, consultants and project teams to develop creative and coordinated design solutions.
Produce high-quality concept designs, technical drawings and project documentation.
Assist with the preparation of planning applications, technical packages and construction information.
Contribute to design development, material selection and technical problem-solving throughout projects.
Attend site visits and liaise with contractors to support successful project delivery.
Ensure designs meet UK planning requirements, Building Regulations and industry standards.
Key Requirements of an Architect:
ARB registered Architect with relevant UK practice experience.
Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills are essential, with BIM experience advantageous.
Experience working across multiple RIBA stages.
Good understanding of UK planning policy, Building Regulations and modern construction methods.
Strong design and technical ability with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants and colleagues.
