Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
We’re looking for an organised, confident and proactive Administrator to join a busy team, providing support across Sales and Operations.
✨ The role includes:
* General administrative and data entry duties
* Managing records and company systems
* Liaising with clients, suppliers and colleagues
* Coordinating collections, deliveries and services
* Preparing documents, contracts and compliance paperwork
* Raising purchase orders and assisting with invoices
* Producing reports and supporting day-to-day operations
* Answering queries and providing excellent customer service
✅ What we’re looking for:
* At least 1 year’s admin/customer service experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
* A professional telephone manner
* Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
* Positive, flexible and proactive attitude
Full training will be provided on internal systems and processes
