Job Description
Oversee and coordinate all lifting operations on a busy construction project.
Ensure lifts are planned and carried out safely in line with site procedures and regulations.
Supervise crane operations and lifting teams on site.
Conduct pre-lift checks, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
Maintain clear communication with crane operators, slingers, and site management.
Monitor compliance with health & safety standards at all times.
Report any issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.Requirements
Valid CPCS or NPORS Crane/Lifting Supervisor ticket.
Previous experience supervising lifting operations on construction sites.
Strong understanding of lifting plans and health & safety regulations.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Reliable and able to work as part of a team.Payment Details
