We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Machinist to join our clients growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with experience in both CNC and manual machining to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality precision components.

Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications
Select and install tooling, fixtures and machine accessories
Load and run CNC programs to manufacture parts to specification
Monitor machining operations and make adjustments where required
Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments
Troubleshoot machining and assembly issues with engineering and production teams
Complete production documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
Support continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing and EHS initiativesSkills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' machining experience
Experience operating both CNC and manual machinery
Strong understanding of machine shop practices and machining techniques
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
