The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships and sourcing outstanding healthcare professionals for temporary and permanent vacancies across the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business through proactive sales, networking and business development
* Build relationships with care homes, nursing homes, supported living providers and healthcare organisations
* Arrange and attend client meetings to secure new business opportunities
* Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements
* Source, interview and place high-quality healthcare professionals
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates
* Advertise vacancies across leading recruitment platforms and social media
* Deliver an exceptional recruitment service to clients and candidates
* Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business
* Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
* Participate in a shared out-of-hours on-call rota
About You
You'll be an ambitious recruiter with a passion for sales, relationship building and delivering exceptional service.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
* Previous recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment preferred but not essential)
* A proven track record of winning new business
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Confidence working with senior decision-makers
* A resilient, target-driven and self-motivated attitude
* The ability to work independently and as part of a successful team
* A full UK driving licence
