Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus

The role of the Estimator – Facades will involve:
* Estimator position dealing with various architectural external finishes inclusive of but not limited to GRC, brickslips, terracotta, renders, aluminium and HPL cladding.
* Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
* Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
* Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
* Carrying out site surveys as and when required
* Producing formal quotations to clients
* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
* Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
* Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
* Estimating for projects from £500k - £25m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Facades with:
* Must have estimating experience within the cladding / façade / building envelope industry
* Strong understanding of rainscreen and curtain walling is highly advantageous
* Understanding of Onscreen Takeoff software package
* Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
* High levels of organisation and excellent time management
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
