We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing UK-based technology solutions provider that specialises in delivering business-focused IT services to organisations across multiple sectors. Their service offering includes managed IT support, cyber security, cloud solutions, infrastructure, networking, backup and disaster recovery, and strategic IT consultancy.
Known for their customer-first approach and strong technical expertise, the business supports clients with digital transformation initiatives, operational resilience, and long-term IT strategy.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities for further account development and revenue growth.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Account Manager with experience within the IT services or MSP sector who enjoys building long-term relationships and delivering value-led technology solutions.
You will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of business customers, ensuring their technology solutions continue to align with their evolving business requirements. Working alongside internal technical teams, you will support clients across managed services, cloud, cyber security, infrastructure, and support solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships across an existing client base
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT services
Conduct regular service and account reviews to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a proactive and seamless service experience
Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored technology solutions
Contribute to overall business growth through strategic account developmentAbout You
Proven experience within an Account Management role in IT services, MSP, or technology solutions
Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud technologies, and cyber security
Commercially astute with a track record of growing accounts and generating revenue
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Organised and capable of managing multiple accounts strategically
