About The Role

Reporting to: Chief People Officer
The opportunity
You’ll be responsible for building and leading a joined‑up communications and marketing function that:
Strengthens our external reputation and organisational narrative
Drives recruitment attraction and employer branding
Supports business growth and occupancy through targeted marketing
Engages and connects colleagues through clear, meaningful internal communicationsPartnering closely with senior leaders, recruitment and business development teams, you’ll help bring our vision to life across every channel.
What you’ll be doing
Leading the overall communications and marketing strategy
Delivering recruitment marketing and employer brand campaigns
Driving internal communications and engagement initiatives
Owning brand consistency, digital presence and content creation
Managing PR, media relations and external communications
Using insight and analytics to shape campaigns and measure impact
Leading and developing a small, high‑performing teamAbout you
A proven marketing or communications leader with 5+ years’ experience
Confident operating at both strategic and hands‑on level
Strong digital marketing and content expertise
Experienced in employer branding and attraction campaigns
Commercially minded, data‑driven and highly organised
An engaging communicator who builds strong stakeholder relationships
