Brand Ambassador – Entry Level

Our client is an award-winning company based in London and is expanding its team. They are looking for enthusiastic, motivated Brand Ambassadors who are passionate about working with people, delivering excellent customer experiences, and developing their skills in sales and marketing.

Specialising in face-to-face sales and marketing, the company works with well-known brands to increase customer engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and drive revenue.

Clients Provided

There is no requirement for business development or cold client acquisition. Clients are provided, allowing you to focus on customer interactions, developing your sales skills, and earning commission.

The Role

As a Brand Ambassador, your responsibilities will include:

* Customer Engagement: Represent leading brands through face-to-face interactions with members of the public.

* Sales & Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and adapt your approach to suit different customers and audiences.

* Brand Awareness: Clearly communicate the benefits, features, and value of the products and services you represent.

* Product Knowledge: Attend regular training and team meetings to stay up to date with products, services, pricing, benefits, and key information.

* Client Representation: Represent each brand professionally, including wearing client-branded clothing or accessories where required.

* Customer Experience: Create positive customer experiences through professional, friendly, and informative interactions.

* Teamwork: Work closely with other Brand Ambassadors, sharing ideas and continuously developing your communication and sales techniques.

* Events & Development: Take part in daily team meetings, training sessions, workshops, networking opportunities, team-building activities, and award events.

Experience

This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, so previous sales experience is not essential.

Applicants with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, recruitment, or other customer-facing roles are particularly encouraged to apply, as these skills can transfer well into a face-to-face sales environment.

Important Information

This is a self-employed Brand Ambassador position offering uncapped commission-only earnings, together with performance-based incentives. Earnings are based on individual performance, and there is no fixed salary.
