This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys delivering outstanding service. Over a 4-week period, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day communication with customers while supporting the wider Aftersales function.
Working closely with the Aftersales team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to create a positive and professional experience at every interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Answering and managing incoming calls in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
* Taking clear and accurate messages, ensuring they are passed promptly to the relevant team members
* Making outbound calls to customers to gather feedback on their recent experience
* Conducting pre-visit calls ahead of scheduled appointments
* Providing general administrative support to the Aftersales team as required
* Maintaining a high standard of customer service across all interactions
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong telephone manner with confident and clear communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a calm and professional manner
* A customer-focused mindset with a friendly, approachable attitude
* Previous experience within a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
* A reliable and proactive approach, with the ability to hit the ground running
Role Details & Benefits:
* Duration: 4 weeks (Temporary)
* Start: Immediate start preferred
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 14:00pm
