About the Role
This is a highly skilled and rewarding nursing role where you’ll take responsibility for delivering holistic, person-centred care.
You’ll work closely with individuals who have complex health needs, supporting both adults and children while also mentoring and developing a team of support workers.
Your role will be vital in promoting independence, building everyday living skills, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess, plan, and deliver person-centred nursing care
* Safely administer medication
* Promote health, wellbeing, and independence
* Support individuals who may display behaviours of concern, using calm and effective de-escalation techniques
* Champion dignity, choice, and respect in all aspects of care
* Mentor, coach, and develop support staff to deliver excellent care
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A positive role model with strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Calm, resilient, and confident in managing challenging situations
* Passionate about delivering best practice in nursing care
* Clinically competent with a broad range of nursing skills
* Knowledgeable in assessment, admission, and review processes
What You’ll Need
* A valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN
* Registered Nurse qualification (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disability)
