Are you an experienced School Administrator with a background in education? Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a vibrant and well-regarded Secondary School in Manchester, currently looking to appoint a skilled and dependable School Administrator to join their team immediately.

🏫 About the Role:
Position: School Administrator
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester
Start Date: As soon as possible
Daily Pay Rate: £100 - £110 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, term time only
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing reception duties and being the first point of contact for visitors and families
Responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Maintaining accurate pupil records using SIMS or a similar MIS system
Supporting with attendance and safeguarding records
Providing administrative assistance to senior staff and teachers
✅ Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, applicants must have previous experience working within a school or education setting.
Unfortunately, candidates without this background will not be considered.
You must also have:
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one through Tradewind)
Strong IT and organisational skills, including experience with SIMS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, flexible and professional approach to your work
