We’re recruiting for brand-new Tailor-Made Travel Specialist roles with an award-winning travel company renowned for crafting once-in-a-lifetime holidays to some of the world’s most inspiring destinations. From the vibrant cultures of South Asia and the breathtaking landscapes of South America to the iconic wildlife and luxury safari experiences of Africa, you’ll use your destination expertise to create truly personalised travel experiences for discerning clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced travel sales professionals who love building tailor-made holidays, sharing first-hand travel knowledge and create extraordinary journeys across the globe.
Previous tailor-made travel sales experience is essential for these roles, along with indepth knowledge of South Asia, South America or Africa. Personal travel experience to these destinations is also highly advantageous.
In return, our client can offer a competitive salary up to £34k, plus performance related bonus structure, fully remote working, highly sociable working hours Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays, luxury fam trips and other travel industry benefits.

Role of Tailor-made Travel Specialist:
* Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Designing bespoke, tailor-made itineraries to destinations across South America / Africa / South Asia
* Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking journey
* Building strong relationships with clients and travel partners
* Sharing expert destination knowledge, insider tips and personal recommendations
* Working towards achievable sales targets within a supportive, passionate team
Skills required for the role
* Previous experience in a tailor-made travel sales or reservations role is essential
* Strong knowledge of long-haul destinations across South Asia, South America or Africa
* First-hand travel experience to these regions would be highly advantageous
* Confident sales skills with the ability to convert enquiries into bookings
* Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
* GDS experience would be beneficial but not essential
