We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join an established and growing business in Bexhill. This is a varied role combining customer service, administration and relationship management, with plenty of opportunity to take ownership and build your knowledge over time.
You’ll become a key point of contact for customers, managing your own workload and developing strong, long-term relationships. There’s a lot to learn, so this role is ideal for someone who is genuinely looking to build a career, rather than simply looking for their next job.

Speak confidently with customers and clients over the phone
Take detailed requirements and ensure information is recorded accurately
Contact customers and follow up on enquiries and outstanding actions
Prepare and send customer agreements
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage your own portfolio of clients
Organise and prioritise your own workload
Follow established processes and ensure all administration is completed accurately
Become knowledgeable across the full range of products, services and processesSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements
Previous customer service, administration or client-facing experience
Confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Able to gather and record information accurately
Proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workload
Strong written and verbal communication skills
