This is a hybrid role, you'll predominantly work remotely with regional travel across the North West area for onsite learner observations.

Working remotely and conducting observations face to face in the field.

Experience in Health and Social Care: A solid background in the field will enable you to evaluate and assess observations accurately.
Excellent attention to detail: You must possess a sharp eye for identifying correct observations and providing constructive feedback.
Strong communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate your findings and suggestions is key to this role.
Flexibility: Adaptability and the willingness to travel to see the learner on occasion in the work place for observations
