Reporting to the Managing Surveyor and Head of Operations, you will support the commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account. You will play a key role in cost control, contract administration, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.

Duties include:
* Attend meetings and undertake site visits.
* Prepare and submit valuations to live contracts.
* Assist in the administration and negotiation of final accounts.
* Support contract administration and cost control procedures.
* Identify and help manage commercial risks and opportunities.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
* Act in the best commercial interests of the business at all times
