About us
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs – we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment – and we’re looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to provide dedicated 1:1 night-time support for a gentleman in his 50s, living at home with his family.
This role is ideal for someone who is calm, patient, and reliable, with a professional and person-centred approach to care. You will be confident in following structured care plans while also respecting individual preferences and always promoting dignity. Consistency and a genuine commitment to high-quality care are essential.
The gentleman is living with a spinal cord injury and requires support throughout the night with a range of clinical and personal care needs, including repositioning, respiratory support, and ongoing monitoring to ensure his comfort and safety. Beyond his care needs, he enjoys a relaxed and homely lifestyle.
He has a passion for music, having previously worked as a DJ, and enjoys watching TV especially superhero films. Spending quality time with his family is very important to him. He also has cats at home, so being comfortable around pets is essential.
This is a truly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference supporting someone to maintain comfort, independence, and the activities he enjoys most, all within the familiarity of his own home.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our client has specifically requested female care staff to join their team.
