• £60,000 basic salary + £12,000–£18,000 realistic OTE

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲
* You will own the A&D specification route to market across London and the surrounding area, developing relationships with architects, interior designers and design practices.
* The role is focused on identifying projects early, influencing product selection and managing specifications from initial concept through to tender, contractor engagement and final sign-off.
* You will build genuine influence within the design community through CPDs, lunch & learns, product presentations and relationship management, while working closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure specifications convert into commercial opportunities.
This is a consultative, project-led role rather than transactional sales. Success will come from getting involved early, building trust and staying close to projects throughout the specification cycle.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Develop and manage the London A&D specification territory
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers and design practices
• Identify projects at an early stage and influence product specification
• Manage opportunities through concept, specification, tender and completion
• Deliver CPDs, lunch & learns and product presentations
• Maintain a disciplined, qualified project pipeline
• Develop contractor relationships and maximise specification conversion
• Grow existing relationships while proactively developing new opportunities

Its project portfolio includes major hospitality, commercial and public-sector schemes, with landmark projects including Heathrow Terminal 5 and work with leading international hotel groups.
With an established A&D network and a dedicated Specification & Design Hub in Clerkenwell, the business provides architects and designers with a strong platform for product selection, CPDs, events and design consultation.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲
You'll have a genuine track record in A&D specification sales, ideally within sanitaryware, bathrooms, KBB, interiors or another premium design-led product category.
The Candidate Requirments
* Proven experience selling through architects and interior designers
* Strong understanding of specification-led project sales
* Confidence delivering CPDs and presentations
* Experience managing long project sales cycles
* Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of how specifications convert
* A proactive approach to developing relationships and new opportunities
Most importantly, you will understand how to influence a specification, build credibility with interior designer practices and turn long-term project opportunities into commercial results.

* Circa £60,000 basic salary
